DKP/General Guild Rules!

Here's some basic rules/advice regarding our humble establishment.
1.) Troxed and Santas are the ONLY officers and their word is law. This is not a democracy, and while your opinions are certainly welcome to be offered forth when relevant, Troxed and Santas are our dictators and must be obeyed fully.
2.)Everyone is replaceable. Yes, everyone. Idgaf if you're gaming god; if you're an irreverent douchebag, you can take your attitude elsewhere. Unless otherwise specified, you are expected to maintain 80% or higher raid attendance, never afk during raids without getting expressed permission from an officer, and to wait outside the instance and stay in vent when you're on standby dkp. Rockstar attitudes (i.e. I'm too good to clear trash so I'll just go afk), unnecessary drama starting, whining, and being a general pain in the ass will not be tolerated.
3.) Our dkp system is zero-sum non-bidding, but we do loot priorities for tanks and healers. The good news is that we only do loot priorities for members over trials on an extremely limited basis; basically, you probably won't get anything unless it's going to rot for your first three raids or so (note: not an official number), but if you last that long you're just as entitled to loot as anyone else, so long as you have the dkp for it.
4.) Know what the fuck is going on at all times. Read boss strats, watch videos, pay attention to vent. Do not say you know what's going on if you don't; we will find out.
5.) If you fuck up, Troxed will yell at you. Do not talk back to him. Do not do anything but listen to what he tells you and follow his instructions. Killing yourself is optional, however. Don't fuck up again.
6.) If you're on standby, we know you want in the raid. You don't have to tell us twenty times. We know. We'll get you when we need you. Shut the fuck up please.
